A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party results provider. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you email us, we use the information in the message to respond.

Hosting may log ordinary technical details such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time of access. Aggregate analytics and, where used, advertising measurement can rely on cookies or similar tools.
How Data Is Used
We use limited technical information to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the reference. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.

Links lead to county, Township, state, court, archive, and third-party search services. Their terms and privacy practices govern information submitted there, including information entered into sponsored results.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting, analytics, and support providers may process the technical data described above on our behalf. We disclose information when valid legal process requires it, and otherwise only as needed to provide the service.
Security and Retention
The reference uses encrypted connections. Logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. There are no user accounts, passwords, or visitor profiles stored by this site.
Visitors Under 18
This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from a person under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor submitted personal information and we will address the request.
Privacy Requests
Depending on applicable law, a visitor may ask about data held by a service. The research for Pennsylvania identified no enacted general consumer data-deletion or data-broker law. Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law, Act 3 of 2008, 65 P.S. §§ 67.101–67.3104, governs requests to government agencies, not removal of custodian records from this private reference. Contact us about data we control; record corrections and disclosure limits belong with the original custodian.
